Q: How can I view the status of my order?

A: Go to the Customer Service and choose Account History page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?

A: The shipping cost is 10,00 euro for orders up to 50,00 euro. For orders more than 50,00 euro the shipping cost is FREE.

Q: Why cant I pay my order with my credit or debit card?

A: The procedure is done through online paypal payment service. If during the payment process the system does not give the ability to pay with your card (either debit or credit), but only gives you the option to open an account with paypal to pay, then try to complete the payment process via another browser of internet that you use (chrome, firefox, opera, explorer).
